We got there around 1:30 am after keeping in touch to let them know we’d be late. The room lock wasn’t working, and only after several phone calls did they move us to another room. That one had just one towel for two people and no hot water. In the morning, someone at the office said the lock had been broken for a while, like that was nothing. I decided to cancel. They said they’d refund us for all but one night, which I accepted, and said they’d email the cancellation. Now they won’t return our money, $970.45.

We had a small problem with our room, and the front desk staff took care of it fast and professionally. They were kind, responsive, and understanding, then moved us to a better room and let us check out late. We really appreciated how they handled it, and we’re very happy with the outcome. We’d stay again and recommend the place.

The view was amazing, and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. I was here for a work trip, and everyone was welcoming and kind. The front desk staff were always polite and ready to help, room service stayed on top of things, and hot water was never a problem.

On my first solo trip to Puerto Rico, I loved being right on Boho's Beach. Jobos beach was an easy walk away, with snorkeling, surfing, and lots of cute little restaurants. Bella Surf Inn was a short walk from Jobos beach too. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I’d definitely come back. Thanks, Bella Surf Inn, for a great vacation!

We’ve stayed here two years in a row. The room was great and had a full kitchen, though it could use some TLC. That’s understandable with the salt water and the location. Just know this isn’t the place if a warm shower matters to you.
