The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan

The rooms felt like a peaceful retreat after exploring San Juan. They were elegantly furnished, with plush bedding and high-quality linens that made for a blissful night's sleep. The spacious bathroom and premium amenities made me feel pampered. The hotel's restaurants served diverse, expertly prepared meals, from a sumptuous breakfast buffet to a delicious dinner. Attentive service and thoughtful presentation made dining even better. The outdoor pool was a tranquil place to relax in the sun, the fitness center was well equipped, and the luxurious spa offered a calm escape. The concierge knew the local attractions and gave useful suggestions. The hotel was also ideally located for getting to San Juan's attractions, cultural sites, and beautiful beaches. From the moment I arrived at The Ritz in San Juan, I was met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel like part of an extended family. The elegant decor blended modern style with classic charm, and the whole property was immaculate. Staff from the front desk to the concierge were attentive, professional, and ready to help, with genuine warmth in each interaction. This luxurious stay surpassed my expectations, and I can't recommend it enough. It was unforgettable, and I can't wait to return to my home away from home for another romantic getaway, family vacation, or business trip.

The beach is right behind the hotel, with white sand and clear, warm water. You barely have to walk to reach it. I loved it and will be back as soon as I can. The pool was a 10/10 too, especially at night, with bright blue lights and a massive lion's head waterfall. The food was a 10/10, especially the super fresh, flavorful fish tacos at the huge outdoor restaurant. Service was 10/10. As soon as I stepped onto the concrete, staff rushed over with drinks and treated me like a king. My ocean view room was ready with champagne and strawberries in my champagne. The team was welcoming and gave top-of-the-line hospitality, even serving drinks at the door. Amazing hotel, great atmosphere, and a wonderful experience.

My best friend and I always stay at The Ritz Carlton at Isla Verde. The staff are quick to accommodate you and treat you like royalty. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping responds quickly to requests, and the pool staff promptly bring whatever you order. I was very sad when Hurricane Maria completely destroyed the hotel. It took some years to rebuild it to perfection. Even though the pandemic is still in progress, I'd love to plan another trip to Puerto Rico and stay at my favorite hotel again. ❤

We loved seeing the hotel's beautiful view at night, and the pool being open 24 hours made the end of the day relaxing. My husband and son wanted more time to swim after a full day of sightseeing, since the beach closed at 8pm and we only had an hour or two there. The Ritz Carlton in carolina PR is a very beautiful hotel, and my family enjoyed our stay. The entire staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome. I've already highly recommended this hotel, and I hope we can stay there again someday.
