We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Ponce. The staff were kind and helpful, our rooms were cozy, the AC was cool, and the showers had hot water. The restaurant food was great, and the pool area looked nice, though we didn't make time to use it. Our only complaint is that turning up the AC made the room a little humid and the floors seemed damp. That may have been specific to our room, so I can't say if others had the same issue. I'd recommend the hotel and stay again.

The scenery is amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and some of the nicest people, and the restaurant serves amazing food. Try the Mofongo and the Cilantro rice and beans, and have a few drinks while watching the sunset. I average around 110+ night per year in IHG properties, and this place absolutely blew me away. It's a substantial cut above what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn. I can't recommend it enough, especially the staff, and I plan to return for a vacation soon. 10/10.

We had a comfortable, clean room, and every room has an ocean view, either sunrise or sunset. Poolside faces west for sunset. It's not walkable to town, but we had a car, so that was fine. The food and staff are fabulous. Everyone was helpful and kind. We'll be back!

After a terrible experience at Casa del Caribe Inn, we came here to spend the night and celebrate SUPERBOWL 60 HALFTIME SHOW. Check-in and checkout service were great, and so was the service at the restaurant. The food was superb. We'll DEFINITELY stay here again, for more days this time!

The hotel is less dated than the other IHG Hotel. It's on the outskirts of Ponce, with a commanding view of the surroundings, a quiet setting, and free parking. The shower chair equipment was also very nice. Maintenance could be better. The tubs are peeling, the tissue box was soaked in some indescribable sticky liquid, and the elevators are a bit slow. Service, though, was prompt and without issue.
