Coconut Palms Inn On The Beach

The best part was being right on the beach, close enough to hear the waves as you sleep, with snorkeling nearby. Bring water shoes. The place was well supplied and quiet, and the gardens, tropical plants, fountain, seating spots, and fresh flowers on the tables made the grounds lovely. From Angel at reception to the rooms, beach chairs, towels, and toiletries, everything exceeded our expectations.

We came to Rincon for the first time and found this little gem. We meant to stay one night, but after talking with Valerie we booked another night in the Coqui studio. It’s decorated beautifully and would be great for a romantic getaway. Valerie gave excellent service, and Jose was a big help too. The ocean views are amazing, and with the windows open you can watch the sunrise over the water and fall asleep to the waves. The place is pretty and clean, the bathroom is roomy and comfortable, and both the AC and wall fan worked well. We’ll definitely come back.

We chose this spot for our engagement, and the sunset was breathtaking. My partner and I will be back when we visit Rincon, which is now one of our forever happy places on my beautiful island of Puerto Rico. It’s a cozy, unpretentious guesthouse style hotel with pleasant common areas. Check-in was great, thanks especially to Angel, who was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a private balcony looking over the ocean, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a spacious bathroom.

We loved our time here and can’t wait to return. The staff made us feel at home, and we’re so grateful to Valerie, Elizabeth, Angel, Joshua, and the others whose names we didn’t catch. Everyone was warm and helpful. The garden is lush, pretty, and peaceful, and there’s a big patio right on the beach for sun and those spectacular sunsets. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which has both vacation rentals and full-time residents, and it’s close to lots of places to eat and shop. It was our first visit to Puerto Rico, and The Coconut Palms Inn was just the quiet, relaxing beachfront place we wanted. Thank you all so much, Guy and Renee.
