The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and the view from our room stretched all the way to the water. John’s breakfast sandwich was yummy, and the room was made up whenever we returned from the day’s activities. It’s a simple, homey bed and breakfast. John also lends out beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach gear, which made our beach time more fun. Recommended!

We’re heading back for our third visit soon. The property is always clean, comfortable, and safe, and John is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. Breakfast is ready when you wake up. We also love the pool for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon after exploring Rincon. It’s close to every beach in the area and lots of dining options.

We spent 7 days at Johns guesthouse this February, my wife, our two adult daughters, and me. It was a wonderful base for our activities, and John and Dylan made us feel at home right away. Dylan even played a few rounds of cards with us in the evenings, and we shared some big laughs. The place is stunning, and we loved cooling off in the pool and reading beside it. Breakfast was a great start to the day, especially the fresh papayas and pineapples. The beds were very comfortable. There’s a TV in the room, but we never watched it. My girls wanted to learn to surf, so talk to John first if you do too. He’ll connect you with real pros who care about your surfing experience. Shoutout to surf 787! I really haven’t been anywhere more beautiful than Rincon, and we’ll stay here again when we return.

We had a really good stay. John and his family were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was 10/10, and the clean pool area was a lovely place to relax. Our room was cozy and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It’s well located near restaurants and the beach.
