The location was so convenient, just minutes from the beach and an easy walk to the plaza, restaurants, and shops. The property was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. My stay at Sunday Downtown Rincon was excellent. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Rincon.

Rincon is a nice place, though the experience may depend on the month. The apartment gets extremely hot, and the AC unit needs to be installed in the living room. The sofa should be replaced, and the dining table legs need tightening. The pool area needs an upgrade too: it has too many sharp edges, and the floor tiles are too slippery, which could be dangerous if someone falls.

The apartment is beautiful, sleeps six comfortably, and is decorated with great taste. It would be even better with AC in the kitchen-living room and a new mattress in the master bedroom, but overall it was excellent.

The rooms were cozy and very clean, and the place is close to both restaurants and the beach. A great place to stay, highly recommended.

Right in the heart of Rincon and close to everything, this was a beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and very clean place. We loved it! My only suggestion is to add AC in the living area.
