Casa Campo was just right for our family, and this is going to be our regular family spot. The room was very clean, and the beds were as good as ones I've had in high-end hotels. The window fixtures gave it a more upscale feel, and the rest of the property was well kept, especially considering it's a tropical surf and beach town. We spent plenty of time by the pool, and whenever we needed anything, someone was around to help. The location was exactly what I wanted, within walking distance of coffee and the beach. Part of me wants to keep this place to myself, but it deserves the recognition.

It was calm and very quiet in our room. I couldn't hear anything outside, and the facility felt like a nice, peaceful place to stay. The room was large, with two king beds, a microwave, a refrigerator, and great air conditioning. The shower's hot water came from an electric heat line. Wi-Fi worked very well throughout, and the room had a nice big Smart TV. There was also a pool, a small hot tub, and a pleasant downstairs seating area where I could relax while my family got ready.

A beautiful hideaway, peaceful and in a location I loved. We didn't really need service during our stay, but I'd recommend the place to friends and would come back.

The rooms were quite dirty, and service was poor. They don't answer the phone or offer much help. I guess it's okay if you want a really cheap stay, but I'd recommend going somewhere else.

The location is still a highlight, and I liked the renovations and upgrades since my previous visit to Serenity Guesthouse over 8 years ago. I was excited to return, but the cleanliness needs work. Some furniture was damaged, as shown in the photo, and the plastic shower curtains made the room feel cheap. With better maintenance and attention to how things are presented, this place could live up to its name.
