We had a really good two-night stay in May. Getting to either main town was straightforward by car or cart. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there’s a small shared area where you can relax with the beasties. The kitchen is basic, but handy if you want to cook or keep food in the fridge. Backpackers could walk from the ferry, though most people will probably want a ride.

Nick and Shelly are such kind hosts, and the peacocks, cats, and chicks are lovely to have around. The place feels close to nature and the scenery is beautiful each day. It made me happy to be there. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

There were lots of cats, and our room was clean in this lovely guest house. The host made us feel welcome. We only stayed one night, but I’d happily return. Just bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, because the peafowl start up at dawn.

The cats and peacocks made this little slice of paradise even better. The guesthouse suited our needs perfectly, and the hosts were phenomenal. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and Vieques, and we had a wonderful visit. Friends who’d been to Vieques before handled transportation for us, but plan ahead for getting around. The drive to everything isn’t long, and a golf cart should be enough.
