These are condos, not apartments, and some owners rent theirs out on Airbnb. We love the tranquil setting and ocean views, along with the location and access to the beach, rainforest, and San Juan.

My wife, family, and I had an outstanding time here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with a washer and dryer, and the outdoor patio was so relaxing at night. Our view faced north, straight out to the ocean, and the rooftop chill area was extremely comfortable. There's 24-hour security, and the place sits neatly alongside a beautiful mountain range. There's also a wonderful restaurant just around the corner as you leave the premises. I'd absolutely recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

The grounds feel peaceful and quiet, even though some sights are a bit of a drive away. Entry is through a gate, and security makes rounds to check the property.

The view alone makes the price feel worthwhile, and the kitchen had more equipment than most rentals I've used. Having to wait for the guard to open the gate got tiresome, though. It'd be nice if they automated entry.
