1120 Vieques by Stay with Bear

The gated entrance and parking felt private, the apartment had plenty of space for our family of four, and I really liked the location. The AC worked great, and there were plenty of places to walk nearby. This was our first visit to the homeland, though I wish we'd known about a few things before booking. There was a lot of construction nearby, and cranes and other equipment could be heard in the mornings. The living room was spacious, but the TVs were all in the bedrooms, so after a long day we couldn't sit together and watch a movie. We booked partly because the master bath had a big jetted tub that looked relaxing, but the hot water ran out before it could fill. The bathroom was also very dark. We couldn't get the large ceiling light to turn on, though it appears lit in the listing photos, so it was hard to see while putting on makeup or just getting ready. We also didn't know when booking that toilet paper couldn't be flushed here. We'd dealt with that before and knew what to do, but some people may not be comfortable putting it in the bin.

The three-bedroom apartment was roomy and clean for our group of six adults, and had been nicely renovated. We stayed five nights with family and friends. There was an AC problem, but they took care of it and even offered and gave me a refund for the trouble. Thanks especially to Isabel and the whole Stay with Bear Team for responding so quickly when we needed something. I'd recommend the place.

Everything was close enough to reach on foot, and the place was very clean.

The staff were welcoming, and the location was great. I'd happily recommend it.
