We had a party of seven, and the spacious kitchen worked really well for dinner and hanging out. The whole house feels serene, roomy, and warmly decorated, with a beautiful, distinctive atmosphere. We also loved the rooftop. Starbucks, a nice gym, and a grocery store are across the street, while restaurants and the beach are an easy walk away. Fabulous Airbnb, definitely recommend it as one of the best in Puerto Rico.

The house was clean, welcoming, and just as shown in the description and pictures. There were enough cooking utensils, towels, and space for all six adults and two children. The kids enjoyed the video game and other games, while the adults made good use of the rooftop pool and BBQ area, including for coffee at sunrise. Restaurants, a food market, and the beach are all within walking distance. Stephan replied to our questions by text or email within 15 minutes. We all had a wonderful time on the kids’ and grandkids’ first trip to Puerto Rico, and we’ll book this home with Stephan again.

I loved the relaxing feel of MARU, especially the outdoor shower and tub, which I used every day. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean when we arrived, and the coffee and creamer were a welcome extra. We enjoyed Ocean Park beach near the Dreamcatcher resort, about 0.7 miles away. Parking was the only hassle: street spots were hard to find, and we circled the block several times. That seems normal for San Juan. We saw cars parked along yellow curbs, which we thought wasn't allowed, but ended up doing it too. There's a garage a block away, though it cost $4-$20 per session depending on how long we parked. We had a wonderful stay.

We spent most of our time on the amazing rooftop, where we cooked dinner on the grill. Renting the whole home worked out really well. It was clean and had what we needed, and the service was excellent. I had a few questions and got quick replies. I'd highly recommend it.
