Ana recommended some local food, and it was the best meal I had during my stay. The staff were amazing, attentive, and caring. Our clean room was spacious, the area felt safe, and it was very quiet. It’s obviously not the Marriott, but we really enjoyed the piano in the family room area. There are beautiful beaches close by, too.

I needed a place to sleep before my flight home, and this worked for me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a working shower, soap, and toilet paper, though it had no windows except in the bathroom. The staff were kind, helpful, and patient with my incomplete Spanish. The ocean was close, across the road and behind the trees, and being near the highway made it easy to get moving. The area seemed a little sketchy, but the people seemed friendly.

We were in Puerto Rico for a funeral, and this was an affordable place that was worth it for our five days. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff helped us a lot from the moment we arrived, especially Ana, Luna, and Jesus. We needed a cab, and Jesus arranged it for us. Thank you all for your help. The mattress and pillows were terrible, and I barely slept. I was so grossed out that I bought pillowcase covers and slept in my clothes. There was hair all over the pillows, sheets, and floor, in different lengths and colors. When my husband pulled back his side of the bed, there was a dental floss pick. We had no hand or face towels, so I went and bought some myself. I didn’t bother complaining because we were there for a funeral, and there was never anyone there anyway. I wanted to cancel the very next day, but with the long weekend, the Bad Bunny concert, and my mother-in-law’s funeral, I couldn’t find another place. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do NOT recommend it to anyone.
