Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The food was excellent, and both the pools and slides were phenomenal. We especially loved the heated indoor pool. We’ll definitely return.

We had a pleasant seven days at the hotel and would happily return on our next Algarve visit. The large free parking area right outside was a big plus. Our apartment had enough room for our family of four, including our two adult daughters, though we could have used more clothes storage. We especially liked the lovely terrace and its partial sea view. We were on half board, and the food was very good, with plenty of variety at dinner. The staff were mostly kind and helpful.

We’ve just got back after a fantastic stay at this stunning resort. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. There are ten pools, a mini waterpark for children, a supermarket on site, and a few restaurants to choose from. Both the old town and new town are a ten-minute drive away. The daytime pool entertainment was good, though I think music playing all day would improve the atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The kids are happiest at the splash parks and slides, and they love the disco too. We still haven’t tried the kids club. There are loads of pools, indoors and outside, plus the connected hotels across the road give you even more options. The outdoor ones aren’t heated, apart from one that’s covered in winter, and the indoor pools are heated. It can get busy and noisy. We’ve been twice now and this place works really well for our family. The apartments are spacious, the sofa beds give the kids plenty of room, and breakfast is lovely. Having a kitchen is handy for meals in the room. This time it had a microwave, toaster and stove, so pasta, toasted sandwiches and fries were easy, though we only had a small toaster oven instead of a proper oven. The food around the site has been good, including lunch at the snack bar, drinks at the tavern pub and breakfast. The mini market is well stocked, but it was closed when we came in February last year, so I’m not sure if it opens in winter. We hired a car and getting around was easy, and town isn’t too far by taxi. I’d highly recommend it for families. I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time next year!
