Praia dos Aveiros was only a three-minute walk from where I was staying. The clear water and beautiful views make it lovely, and it was clean and well kept. It felt calmer than some of the busier beaches nearby, so it was easy to relax, swim, or spend a lazy afternoon by the sea. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

A lovely restaurant with fresh food and good service adds to this beach. Even on windy days, the rocks break up the waves. My number one choice in Albufeira, and a very nice beach.

It's a small beach, but being tucked away means it gets fewer big crowds. There are quite a few rocks in the water and some algae. There's a restaurant, and the beach is reasonably clean.

We couldn't find the beach because Google Maps sent us down a hill towards private property. At the roundabout, take the right turn instead of the left. You'll reach a large orange hotel, with a path to the beach just to its left. There's a restaurant on the beach that seems to be seasonal. We visited in January 2024, and it was closed.

A lovely, small beach, and it was very clean. There's a lifeguard there every day. You can walk along the cliffs on either side and explore the rock formations. A great spot to unwind.
