The balcony at BellaVista Avenida faced the swimming pool, with a peaceful view, beautiful sunrises, and even a glimpse of the ocean. One side of the studio faced the street and got quite noisy, but I found a good fix by moving the bed into the kitchen/living area, which was much quieter. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! My studio was exceptionally clean, well prepared, comfortable, and easy to use, with all the appliances working perfectly. The staff were kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. The location on the booking map was wrong, and when I couldn’t find the place, the ladies at reception gave me the correct address and guided me there without any stress. They explained the deposit, check-in, how everything worked in the apartment, and the cleaning schedule and what would be refreshed. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in went smoothly, and they helped me extend my stay too. As a returning guest, I got a very good price, which I really appreciated.

Getting around was easy from this spot, and the reception team were really helpful. Our room was roomy, with a big balcony, and Abhy at the bar was always welcoming and quick to help.

The pool setup was a letdown: the water stayed really cold even in hot weather, there weren't enough loungers, and one style was uncomfortable. People ended up lying on wet grass and getting mud on their towels. You also can't bring your own food or drinks, and the bar and beach towel rentals take cash only. We had a five-person apartment. The beds in the bedrooms were good, but the sofa bed was sandy and didn't look inviting, so three of us shared the double bed. There was no air conditioning, and the plug sockets weren't in convenient locations. We were only given two bin bags, which meant lots of trips, and not enough toilet roll for five people. We were woken by cleaning staff moving furniture and working upstairs. It was really annoying, though probably hard to prevent. Despite those issues, we had a great stay.

The location made it easy to walk to both old town Albufeira and the strip, and there's a great clothes shop right next door. The apartments had good cooking and cleaning facilities, and the pool bar staff were lovely and welcoming to everyone. Drinks were really cheap and the food was amazing. What made the holiday for me was the pool area. It had a lovely atmosphere and worked well for families and groups of any size. The kids LOVE it. I had such a good stay that I didn't want to leave, and I'd definitely come back.
