We had a horrible time here. An employee treated my friends and me terribly at the pool, and when we went to reception, they did nothing. They wouldn't let us have a complaints book either. The staff were very rude, and we wanted to leave straight away. There are better hotels nearby, so I'd go somewhere else.

We'd spent over an hour driving through Portugal at 11 pm, trying to find a decent hotel, and were glad to land here. Prices were reasonable and the service was great. Top-notch, and I'd definitely stay again. 👍
