Small but just right for two people, the boathouse was functional and lovely. The breakfast basket was pretty awesome, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect too. We could sit outside and watch the fish each morning. I definitely recommend it!

Our houseboat stay was great. The space is ideal for a maximum of two people, and the breakfast service was good and on time. Max did a great job hosting us and helped with departure plans when roads around the Marina were blocked for a sports event. We highly recommend this place.

The breakfast delivery was nice, and the person we dealt with was friendly and likable. Still, he seemed much more focused on getting a good review than on anything else. Our boat didn’t feel ready for guests. The chairs were still tied up at the front and on the upper deck, there was just one lounger for two people and it was upside down and soaked, and neither the hammock nor the outdoor rug had been set up. We noticed the same sort of thing on most of the other boats’ upper decks. The furnishings and finishes also felt cheap, and the bed, which doubled as the living room sofa, was extremely uncomfortable. We could feel the metal frame through the thin mattress, and the bedding was poor quality. Privacy was another problem. The boats were nearly touching, despite the little gaps between them suggested by the photos. The images also seemed to show mostly the larger, more nicely finished Superior Unit, so our boat didn’t match what we’d expected. That was partly our assumption, but it felt misleading. The place was tiny and had the basic RV feel in its size, layout, and finish. That may suit some people, it just wasn’t our style. The small space itself is a personal preference, but the lack of privacy and not being properly set up affected our stay.

We came away with memories we won’t forget, and we’re already sure we’ll do this again. I took my family for a weekend, and the whole experience felt really special. Max, Thayna and Claudia were such a lovely team. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and at home. I’d highly recommend it for families.
