A lively town and a good spot for a short stopover. This small hotel suits independent travellers, with a shared kitchen and secure bike parking. Duarte was friendly and very helpful.

The host made us feel welcome and was very helpful. We also liked the terrace and the well equipped shared kitchen. Most of the other places on our road trip had air quality issues, seemingly from mold in many Portuguese apartments, but this one was fine. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The bed was so comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The room was a good size, with a large kitchen stocked with the essentials and a central balcony. I’m planning to come back 😊, it was great value for the price.
