We had a lovely time here. The neighbours were so helpful, bringing fresh oranges, lemons and homemade bread. Mimosa butter on the bread was delicious, and I need to return! The villa is peaceful, surprisingly spacious, and has superb views over the gorgeous Portuguese countryside. Food shops are about 15-20 minutes away by car, while Nazare and San Martinho are easy to visit, with beautiful beaches where you could spend all day. The pool is a nice bonus. The modern kitchen has the usual appliances, and the washer/dryer is handy. There’s also a clothes horse for drying things, plus lots of cupboard space in the master bedroom.

Richard is really approachable, and the house has three bedrooms plus an extra bed for a child. The view, pool and sunset are simply magnificent. It has everything we needed for a lovely stay without having to leave. We absolutely loved it.

A really pleasant pool and a well-equipped kitchen with a barbecue made this a good spot for a weekend with friends. The house is very spacious. Nothing to complain about.

The drive there was tricky because the road is narrow, but arriving felt like finding a little piece of heaven ♥️

The housekeepers next door are lovely, welcoming, sociable people. A great stay.
