Atlantic Lodge

There's a great balance here: it's easy to chill and meet loads of lovely people, but it isn't a mad party place. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are really comfortable, and the location is beautiful with a sunset every night. You can surf or kite surf, with 6-8 beaches nearby offering a wide range of wave and wind conditions. There are lots of experts at the hostel who can point you to the best spots each day. Incredible value for money. MASSIVELY recommend!!!

The room was so cozy, and the location made everything easy: right across from the new church, with a large supermarket and two smaller ones just a five-minute walk away. This was my second year here, and Mikaela at reception was a big part of why I’ll return. She was kind from the start and helped me with anything I needed. Her attention and warmth were a 10/10.

The rooftop gave us a lovely view over Aljezur, and we even got to join a free yoga lesson there during our stay. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh fruit, homemade bread and muffins, and lots of spreads, shared with visitors from across Europe. Our room was very tidy and had its own bathroom, plus two clean towels each. The friendly team spent time chatting with us in the evenings and shared plenty of local tips, including places to surf and nearby restaurants they liked.

We had a great time out on the water, with fun energy and instructors who gave us lots of helpful feedback. The lodge is beautiful and good value for the price, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a place of this kind. The location is great too.
