We could hear the waves as we slept, and the location was great. The room was spacious, spotless, and had no odor, with AC, a minibar, bidet, and bathtub. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. Everyone on staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The one drawback was that I couldn't get a WIFI signal in the room.

Breakfast on the terrace with a sea view was lovely. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the beach and close to restaurants. It's simple and a little dated, but very clean and great value for money.

The beach and harbor view is hard to beat, and you can hear the waves rolling in. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean, with crisp white sheets and the lingering smell of cleaning products. I plan to stay here if I visit Terceira again. One small suggestion: the pillows felt much too high and hard. Since there are two per bed, it would be nice if one were softer and lower, so guests could choose.

The view of the beach right outside the front door is popular and lovely. The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are all very good and helpful. A special extra mention for the breakfast lady. Breakfast was excellent too. The restaurant was excellent as well, though a bit expensive. I'd highly recommend Beira Mar Hotel. It's rated three stars, but I think it's worth 4.5.
