We don’t understand the positive reviews. Our first room had one double bed, and after we raised that, we were moved to a room that smelled bad and felt damp, with no windows. It was very dirty, with stains and hair on the bed and towels. We left early for another place, then got no answer to our request to shorten the stay.

I spent a week here while visiting Terceira, and the stay was a real pleasure. It’s in a very quiet area, about 15 minutes from the airport and 10 from the main town, which made it a good base for exploring the island. There’s plenty of parking in front. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the shared area was looked after well. It had everything I needed, including a washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, oven, and gas stove, just as shown in the photos. When I needed fresh towels, I contacted the host and they sorted it right away. Everything was perfect.

I really loved staying at AL Rocky 3. Sr Américo is a wonderful person. Thanks so much for everything, and I hope I can come back many more times. A hug 👍🏻

A good place to stay, with everything well cared for and clean. The owner was friendly and available, and the facilities were good.

The owner was lovely and suggested places to see around the island. There’s a little grocery shop close by, along with two bars and a nice seafront promenade. Parking is on the property, and the kitchen is shared with other guests but fully equipped. The rooms are comfortable, with big beds and a private bathroom in each. Highly recommended.
