Hotel Zenite

A friend and her husband stayed here this summer and ran into several problems. When they raised them with management, they were ignored, given excuses, or treated rudely and unprofessionally. After they'd had enough and tried to leave, the hotel turned off the elevator, leaving them to carry all their luggage on the stairs. Once they were home, someone emailed the hotel for them about getting their money back. The owner first acted as if they didn't know what it was about, then said someone else had been helping and they weren't there, and later said they knew who we meant. They said they were "thinking" about a refund, but then refused because they didn't like how the husband had acted. He's originally from there, and it's a small island where everyone knows everyone. The booking was for more than a month and cost a good amount. Now they won't return the money or answer emails. The owner and management won't refund guests even when there are problems during a stay. They were rude, unprofessional, and didn't seem to care about customers.

Really good experience, with nice people and good bedrooms. I'd like a wider choice of sweet things in the morning.

There are plenty of nicer hotels. This room was cramped, the washroom was tiny, and the air conditioning unit outside my window was really loud.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were as described, and the location was ideal.
