Ilhéus à Vista Guest House

A fantastic place for time with family and friends, with a great view and the beach close by.

The house has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor area with a spectacular view over Ilhéus das Cabras. Upstairs there's also a small sea-facing spot where you can watch the sunset. The Wi-Fi works excellently throughout the house and outside, and the price was very reasonable for both the location and all the equipment in the house. We didn't lack for anything. The owners are super friendly and always share tips for people visiting the island.

We booked this apartment in August 2021, but it was in such poor condition that we had to leave and find somewhere else. The kitchen was in bad shape and the place was generally dirty. The refrigerator and freezer were filthy, the bed had a pungent smell, and toilet paper wasn't allowed in the toilet. I'd never had to leave an apartment before.

Our September stay was a disaster, and we had to find other accommodation. The house was dirty and run down, with bad-smelling sheets. There were food scraps and mold in the refrigerator, we couldn't flush toilet paper, and the dishes and glasses were dirty. We'd never had an experience like it. It was terrible.
