Casa da Fajâ by MHM

The layout worked really well for us, with two bedrooms on each floor and a bathroom for every bedroom. We had a wonderful week here and would love to return. The villa has everything you need, from the equipment and bedding to the pool and several terraces. Its location was great too. Waking up to the waves and watching those incredible sunrises and sunsets was something special. With the ocean stretching out as far as you can see, it felt like we were all alone in the world. We can only recommend this place.

We were just a couple, but there’s enough room here for friends or a family too. The bedrooms and living room are spacious, the outdoor pool is amazing, and the view is stunning. From our bedroom we could hear the sea, an experience we’ll never forget. We went in October and had a great time. Arco Da Calheta seemed to stay sunny even when it was raining elsewhere on the island, which we saw for ourselves. Its position also made it easy for us to visit the whole island. Madeira and this house felt like heaven on earth. We’ll be back in Madeira soon, and most likely at Casa da Fajã.

There are four ensuite bedrooms, each with its own balcony, and you can drift off to the sound of waves crashing on the beach below. It’s hard to imagine anything more lovely. I hope to come back very soon. The villa has open views of the coast and sea, plenty of privacy and a really peaceful feel. It sits back from the road on a quiet cul-de-sac. Calheta marina is about a 15 minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and a large supermarket. From there you can book boat trips or jet-skis. There are also two padel courts and two man-made beaches with calm water for swimming. Thank you, Casa da Faja!

Lovely terraced gardens and a pool, with the villa looking straight out over the Atlantic from a beautiful spot. Calheta Harbour, with its restaurants and other places, is only a 20 minute walk away.
