Peneda ecofarm

The mountain view from my balcony was amazing, and the food and hospitality made the six days feel just right. It’s a charming eco farm, exactly the kind of place I wanted. Elisabete was kind, respectful, and so accommodating. I’d book again in a heartbeat, and don’t miss the cooking class!

The dinner felt like being welcomed into the family kitchen. Elisabeth prepared a full meal from homemade, organic food, and the whole idea was such a lovely surprise. We were lucky to meet nearly the whole friendly, hospitable family. The rooms felt brand new, were beautifully designed and clean, and had everything we needed. I even slept better than I ever have 😂. On our first trip to Portugal, this authentic little guest house turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It’s surrounded by countryside and nature, with organic produce grown there. A lovely fit for people who enjoy the outdoors, local traditions, and trying traditional regional food. We ate so well during our stay, and Elisabeth made lovely gluten-free bread and other treats. A lot of the ingredients came straight from this family-run eco farm. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and there’s a new swimming pool. Our group had a delightful time, and I can’t recommend it enough.

The outdoor space is lovely, with a good-sized pool and pretty surroundings. Inside, everything felt fresh and new: super clean, with an extremely spacious bedroom and a cozy feel throughout. The host was an amazing person, so kind and helpful with exploring the nearby nature. She also made us an amazing breakfast. We had a great experience and will definitely come back. Everything was perfect 🤩
