Such bad service. We arrived with a confirmed reservation made through the hotel website, but the woman on duty couldn’t find it and took no responsibility. We had to find somewhere else. Never again.

The staff are really nice and helpful, and there’s a sweet blue-eyed cat who’s always around. At the welcome area, two big parrots say “ola,” which is a fun touch. The hotel has a nice, clean little swimming pool, and the rooms are clean, with air conditioning and a TV. Dinner and breakfast were nice. There’s also a bar where you can play games, watch TV, and have whiskey or wine. Totally awesome place for a holiday.
