Hotel Vila Galé Náutico

After three nights of hearing a child cry and run around for hours, we finally spoke to reception. They offered us a choice of another room or a different hotel, and moved us that same day. The staff treated us incredibly well and clearly hoped we’d stay. What had started as a terrible night turned into another good night’s sleep. Excellent service!

We stayed in August 2025 and had a great time. The buffet stayed interesting with specialty evenings, including Brazilian night, and the food was excellent. Our large room was cleaned every day, and the staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy their work. The hotel felt modern and clean, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

The pool was clean and nice, though a little cold, and still usable. The restaurant served good food, but it was confusing that some food and drinks weren’t part of the all-inclusive plan. The nearest beach is a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel looks as though it was refurbished in the last few years. All areas were clean.

The entertainment was disappointing, and the queues for snacks, drinks and ice cream could get long. Snacks are made to order, so you have to wait, and service wasn’t quick. A couple of staff were a bit rude on two occasions. The pool area was very busy, though our room was lovely and the hotel itself was very clean. The mini fridge was included in the all-inclusive deal and restocked every day. There was a good range of food, with BBQ, Portuguese, Brazilian and fish themed nights. The hotel is in a fairly quiet spot, and there isn’t much happening in town. The beaches are lovely, but the nearby one seemed to have no toilets. The sea was very wavy there and got calmer as we walked further up the beach.
