Casa d'Alvite - Arouca

The area has plenty to explore, from the nearby Serra da Freita to the Passadiços do Paiva and Ponte Suspensa de Arouca, with lovely trails and unforgettable views. The days I spent at Casa d'Alvite were so peaceful, just the kind of calm you get in the countryside. The house was very comfortable, and Tiago and his family welcomed me warmly. Our conversations made the stay even better. I’ll remember that weekend for a long time and hope to return to enjoy more of this little paradise. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was excellent, and the house was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a lovely weekend at Casa d'Alvite. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and the whole place felt cozy and inviting. I came away with good memories, and the house delivered the comfort it promises. Highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon :)

We had a lovely few days, thanks in large part to the owners, who were fantastic and made us feel welcome. Their breakfasts were delicious and generous. The house has three bedrooms with really comfortable king-size beds, at least 2 by 2 meters, along with a very large kitchen and living room. We’ll definitely return when we can. Best regards.

The host and family served a very generous breakfast and were so attentive. The house is spacious and comfortable, with big bedrooms, comfy beds, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. If you're driving from Porto, it's a great value option nearby.
