There’s plenty of space, and it’s very clean. I highly recommend a visit.

It still needs to be a bit warmer in winter.

The place is spacious and in a good location, but it could use a bit more investment. It's very basic, and the heaters are noisy. Some of the shutters are broken, and the upstairs shower base is clogged.

We spent two months in this apartment and had an amazing time, with lots of new experiences and things to learn. The hosts were warm, attentive, and welcoming. The place is roomy, airy, comfortable, and practical, and its location makes it easy to explore Aveiro on foot. We loved it. Aveiro is great, and I already want to come back.

The apartment is modern and in a really convenient location. Still, our stay felt let down by the lack of a warm welcome and some questionable cleanliness. The woman who met us didn't introduce herself, so I still don't know whether she was the cleaner, the manager, or the owner.
