Our room and bathroom were both very small, and the AC didn’t work at all, with no cold air coming through. Check-in wasn’t allowed before 3 pm, so we waited outside on the road with our 8-month-old. The hotel gate opened after 3. The staff weren’t friendly, and it was a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Rating: 2/10.

We had to book at the last minute after our flight was cancelled. In the rush, I accidentally selected an extra bed on the booking app on my small phone screen, so that part was my mistake. At check-in, the front desk demanded €30 for it and made us wait in the lobby for half an hour while they called Booking, instead of letting us sit elsewhere or pay and leave. After our long drive, they wouldn’t let my younger sister use the bathroom in our room and made her wait in the lobby. We offered to remove the bed ourselves, but they said they’d paid a woman to bring it in. It was a small bed by the door and easy to move in and out. The service felt extremely rude and deliberately unaccommodating.

The pool area was incredible, and you can buy beer at reception to enjoy while relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was great, and the spacious rooms and the rest of the place were lovely and very clean. Parking was a bit tricky, and the pool closes at 7 pm, but neither spoiled the experience.

At check-in, the owners kept us waiting for 35 minutes and wouldn’t let my daughter use the bathroom until I paid cash for my online mistake of requesting an extra bed. They were very unfriendly and inflexible. One room had no window, and the main room had a glass door right beside parked cars. There was no parking space for us on the premises. The place was clean, yes, but if you like cheap kitsch, you might choose it. A bad experience.
