This was my third stay at Chalet O Amorzinho, and I already miss it. I spend more than 150 nights a year in traditional hotels, so it’s a pleasure to get away somewhere that feels like home. The sound of the sea is constant, and you can hike for miles in either direction, walk to several restaurants, or find special spots to practice yoga. The hosts share local tips and are so kind, even treating you to cake. Thanks, ladies, for taking such good care of me. I’ll be back.

We should have stayed longer than one night. We chose this dreamy place after visiting Sintra and before our flight from Lisbon, and it was such a special spot, with stunning cliffside ocean views and the best sunset. Rosario and Magdalena made us a delicious breakfast and were happy to arrange an early departure. I hope we can come back for a longer visit.

We only stayed one night and wished we’d had more time. The location is beautiful, with great beaches and restaurants nearby. Our room had lovely views, and we slept with the patio doors open, listening to the waves crashing below. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was great. It was the first stop on our tour of the Lisbon area.

The coastal walking trail runs right in front of the property, and the village is still just a short walk away. It was so quiet when I arrived, with only the sound of the crashing waves. I spent two nights at Chalet Amozinho, and it felt idyllic even through a full day of rain. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
