We enjoyed the rustic feel, the thoughtful little details and the fireplace. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there were lots of towels, and everything was clean. We noticed a bit of a mould smell, though it improved after we opened the windows for a while. Our small kitchen had almost everything we needed for a few days. The complimentary drinking water and local liquor were appreciated, though I would have liked some salt and basic cooking oil. The sounds of nature were lovely, but be ready for the church bell to start ringing at 8 am. Recommend staying here 😌

Maria was a friendly, welcoming host who went out of her way to make things work for us. We had a wonderful four-night stay, and the place is dog friendly. The quaint 18th-century buildings sit among lovely gardens, with an outdoor kitchen and a nice pool. It's a great base for exploring Northern Portugal. Thank you!

Such a lovely owner. She made sure we were comfortable, and helped us find restaurants and places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was very comfortable, and there’s parking on the property. It’s a peaceful place, and the studio was pleasant and comfortable, with nearly everything needed for a few days.

A one-of-a-kind home on an ecological farm, with kindness all around.
