We checked out the next morning after a really bad experience. Our room was very hot, and a note on the desk said the air conditioning remote cost an extra 10 euro per night. Pool chairs were 2.50 euro to use, and pool towels cost 1.5 euro each time. We were a group of 17 and had called ahead; they said they could put us in triple rooms and that adults would be fine, so we reserved six rooms. Arriving at night in vans was difficult because the hotel is perched above a remote village on a very narrow hill, with tight roads that were hard to navigate. They had baby carts set up in our rooms, which were so cramped there was nowhere for luggage. The carts were broken, or we broke them, in our different rooms.

It’s a nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Out of season, though, there’s no decent food.

A lovely old hotel, but the room heating didn’t work.
