The team made us feel welcome, and there are bikes to rent as well as a yoga area. The hotel is new, small, and really cozy. The spa is on the smaller side, so you need to reserve a time. Children can visit until 1 PM, which works well if you want a quieter session later. Breakfast was decent. We couldn't try the restaurant because it was closed while they prepared for New Year's Eve. I think the stay would be even nicer in warmer weather.

The spa was a highlight for me: it's brand new, spotless, and set up for relaxing. The jacuzzi has the same lovely view as the rooms, and soaking there while looking out was unforgettable. I also enjoyed the sensorial showers and came away feeling refreshed. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a view that made waking up especially lovely. They'd even prepared it for my birthday, with a thoughtful welcome gift. The staff took care with every detail. We had such a wonderful stay at Haven in Batalha, and we're already planning to come back.
