I wouldn’t stay here again because the shower never got hot. I complained after the first night, but I was staying two nights and it was still cold the second night. They either couldn’t or didn’t fix it. The room and meals were otherwise okay, but a hot shower matters a lot to me.

The staff are all kind and helpful, and the mountain views from every room are unbelievable. Belmonte Sinaí Hotel is a wonderful spot to take in the history of this enchanted town and find some peace.

Breakfast and dinner were okay. The rooms are very basic, and the safe was useless because it was open with the latch sticking out. It was quite hot, but the A/C was set to heat. The receptionist advised me to switch it off, saying otherwise it would make the room even hotter. Ridiculous.

The breakfast was really good, and the views from the rooms were too. The rooms themselves are okay. Outside, the hotel looks good, and the reception area is quite nice, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. I’d say the four stars are a stretch.

The view from the room was amazing, and the staff were polite and friendly. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and tidy. Dinner at the buffet and the regular lunch were both good, but breakfast was the best, with so much variety that it was hard not to find something you liked. Toiletries for the shower are provided.
