I only stayed one night, and the room was clean. The receptionist was very kind and explained what I needed to know about the city and what to visit. There’s parking on the street, and the city centre is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The people here were so helpful and kind, and the rooms are nice. It’s near the city centre, and breakfast was really good.

10/10
The staff were wonderfully charming, efficient, and kind, and breakfast was amazing. We were here for a work event, and the location suited us well. A perfect old-school hotel. Big chains could learn from it.

The staff really go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was top-notch, more than five stars.

10/10
The staff went out of their way to look after us. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, even better than treatment I’ve had at a five-star hotel. The place is basic, but comfortable and clean, and it’s an easy trip to the stadium.
