The sea and mountain views face south, so we got both sunrise and sunset. Our family of four spent a week in the Loft, and the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host left us a food hamper and fresh passion fruit from the garden, which was such a lovely touch. It’s an easy drive from the airport and a handy base for getting around the island. We were happy with the property, the location, and the host, and we’d gladly come back.

We found the hosts really welcoming, and it was easy to get around the rest of the island from this location. Book through Airbnb and say hi to Milky the cat for me. :)

The sea views are amazing, and there’s a lovely sense of peace in this unique spot. Breakfast was high quality, too. The hosts are lovely people, and the setting feels quiet and welcoming.

Margarida is so kind and really looks after her guests. The breakfasts were generous, and the rooms felt spacious and comfortable. It’s a magnificent house in an exceptional setting. We highly recommend staying here.

Margarida and her family made us feel like we were staying with close friends. When we were going through a rough patch because of illness, they did far more than we expected. It felt clear that Margarida hosts because she enjoys looking after people, rather than for the money. The accommodation is fantastic, with lovely furnishings, a stunning view, and a very central spot on the island. Breakfast was delicious, too. Thank you for everything!
