The staff were kind, which was the one good thing for me. The room didn't look like the picture on agoda, and staff said that type of room shown there no longer existed. At first I was put in a windowless room with all men. I knew I'd booked a mixed dorm, but it was far too stuffy and smelly without proper ventilation. After I asked, they moved me to another room like the one in the picture. I saw cockroaches, insects, and flies everywhere during my stay. At least there were no bed bugs. The kitchen was dirty, and the fridge was packed with food with no one managing it. There were many older men staying at the hostel who seemed not to be on holiday and stayed there all day. I'm not sure what they were doing, but I felt uncomfortable because they seemed to stare at me.

The hostel was really nice and clean, and the location was close to the airport. I'd expected less, since so many hostels don't look like their pictures. Reception was great, and the staff were respectful. Thanks for the service, especially to the cheerful Osama ❤️❤️. He's a very respectful and lovable person. I'd book here again whenever I travel to Porto. Thank you very much.

The owner Nuno was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Porto. The decor is stunning, the hostel is beautiful and very clean, and it felt safe. Everyone was friendly, the beds were super comfortable, and the big curtains gave good privacy. There's a well equipped kitchen and a cute little outdoor area. The location is great if you like somewhere quiet but still within walking distance of the more touristy parts of Porto. Obrigado Nuno 🙏

For three days in the dorm, I had no problems, and the place was definitely worth the price given its strategic spot near the metro. I found it very clean and saw it being cleaned every day. Contrary to the negative reviews, it seems they fixed the bedbug problem.

I had a lovely night here. The hostel was clean, in a good location, and had a friendly atmosphere. The welcome was especially warm, and the person at reception was very helpful and made my stay more enjoyable. Thanks again for everything. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
