The people here were really friendly and helpful. I left an item behind, and after I contacted them they sent it by next-day delivery to the hotel where I was staying. I’d given them only half an hour’s notice before the post office closed. The hotel stay itself was great too, with lovely breakfast and service. Thank you very much.

The owners, Gonçalo and Catarina, were the best part of the stay. They were warm, kind, friendly and attentive to what we needed. The house itself is clean, cosy and intimate, with tasteful decor, a lovely garden and a pool. Breakfast was generous and high quality, with delicious homemade food. This was our second visit, and it definitely won’t be our last.

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was really comfortable, and there was AC. The decor was simple, with different colour themes. The breakfast was fantastic, with natural products, local fruit and warm bread. The owners are a very friendly, welcoming couple who know how to host. It’s a relaxed place with plenty to do for couples, families with children or groups of friends: there’s a pool, billiards, table football, a lawn with swings and a volleyball net, inflatables, and a ping-pong table.
