The free parking and on-site pool seemed fine, but we won’t return. The rooms are plain but roomy enough, and there’s a useful mini fridge, although it makes a lot of noise. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The internet was awful, so I wouldn’t rely on it for work. We sent a couple of messages about the connection, but got no response. Breakfast only runs from 9 to 11 a.m., which is a long wait if you’re up early. We were told the late start was because of the croissant supplier. The breakfast was very basic and, to me, lacked variety: hard-boiled eggs only, no omelette or scrambled eggs, plus bread, croissants, ham, salami, cheese, yogurt, and cornflakes.

Maria looked after us so well at the Silverside Holidays family apartment. She even noticed we’d left the car window open and came to tell us. The beds were great, the rooms had everything we needed, and the big, delicious breakfast was amazing. Thanks very much.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The accommodation sits between Foz de Arelho and Sao Martinho do Porto, both family-friendly places. On a cold, wet, windy afternoon we were welcomed warmly and shown to a lovely room. It was spacious, cozy, spotlessly clean, and well equipped, with a particularly nice bathroom. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks.

The host was great, the place was spotless, and breakfast was good. It’s right by the ocean and close to lovely towns like Foz de Arelho and Sao Martinho do Porto, with Nazare about 20 minutes away. Totally recommended. I’d love to come back.
