The food was the weak point for me, probably a 5/10, while the views and service were closer to 10/10. There were only three hot dishes at each meal, plus things like bread, salad and dips. Some meals worked for me, others didn't, and a lot seemed overcooked. Turmeric came up constantly, and the flavors were repetitive with very little salt. If you're not committed to the treatment, I think the menu could get dull quickly. Drinks were limited to tea and water. The hotel itself felt peaceful and close to nature, with a homelike layout and ocean views from the rooms, lounge, restaurant and garden. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed and sheets were so comfortable we slept like we were on a cloud. The toilet paper, though, was very thin and didn't feel luxurious. Staff were consistently kind, polite and helpful. Since they knew I was vegan, the cooks made sure there were options without ghee for everyone. Check-in information was another story: we got a couple of confusing printed A4 sheets about using the sauna, pool and other facilities at Galosol and Galomar, and the website was hard to navigate and short on detail. Both need work. Morning cleaning was free, while towels and laundry cost extra. We liked the calm atmosphere and the range of spa and health treatments for unwinding. You can also eat at other restaurants with a 10 Euro credit, and at Galosol for free, which I'd recommend.
