The apartment had a clogged toilet, sagging mattresses, and a bad smell that seemed covered up with air freshener. We also got bites and a rash from bed bugs. It resembles the photos, but everything is run down and badly needs renovation, and the price felt much too high. The check-in process was complicated, with a confusing website used for all payments and communication. We had to enter lots of information twice and submit a selfie with our ID. We had asked about a late check-in in the days before arriving. They replied to messages but didn’t answer our questions, so we couldn’t get into the apartment on arrival and spent the first night in the car with our little baby. At the airport, an employee told us we could reach the apartment ourselves, which turned out to be untrue. He went home after assuring us he was available, then let us down. We complained and asked Monica for a refund for that night, but she was uncooperative.

The phone number listed for this apartment is incorrect and belongs to someone who has nothing to do with it. Please remove it.

The apartment is close to Cascais town centre. It’s spacious and has a lovely terrace for meals. I recommend it! 🤗
