We had our morning coffee in the beautiful, secluded garden and barely noticed the other guests. The fish pond and ducks were lovely, though the ducks have taken over the heated pool too, which may be hard to do much about. The Finnish sauna was excellent and well maintained, even by a Finn's standards. Staff were sincerely friendly and gave excellent service. One of the best hotels we've stayed in, and I hope we can return.

The garden, Finnish sauna, and cold plunge were the highlights for us, and our comfy room with garden views made us feel right at home. It's ideally placed for exploring Cascais on foot. We loved this cozy, sweet hotel, with such friendly, helpful staff and great suggestions for dinner around town. We're definitely coming back :)

We loved the fresh, tasty, well-balanced breakfasts and the thoughtful touches, especially the living area's mini-bar that's open 24/7, handy for a late drink or a quiet break during the day. Casa Vela has lovely green grounds that feel like a private oasis, and the heated pool is warm and inviting among the greenery. The sauna added another relaxing touch. Comfortable, stylish, and peaceful, it's a charming place that stays with you and makes you want to return. Highly recommend 🌿✨

Our room, No. 10 Passion fruit, looked out over the lovely internal garden and pools. Casa Vela gave us a relaxed three-night stay, with optional relaxation and spa services available too. It's quiet, yet within walking distance of the center and good restaurants.

The breakfast was modest in size, but had everything we needed, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, and the breakfast spot was lovely. There are two pools, one heated and one cold, plus a sauna. The garden with its ducks, flowers, and pretty corners was such a pleasure, and the interiors and room view were beautiful too. The hotel is close to the ocean. I recommend it.
