Regina made everything easy, from arranging transport, dinner bookings and excursions to offering thoughtful recommendations. She was warm and professional throughout, and the whole team helped us feel at home. We arrived as guests and left feeling welcomed into a home. Thank you to Regina and everyone at Villa Cascais for a stay we’ll remember. The hotel itself is lovely, elegant and welcoming, and the room was glorious. We woke each morning to the sparkling Bay of Cascais. It’s right by the water, with the Old Town, marina and great restaurants just a few steps away. One of the loveliest small hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

The service felt welcoming and attentive the whole time, and the hotel was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Its central spot made it easy to be close to everything, while the beautiful views gave the stay something special. Such a charming little boutique hotel. I’d happily come back.

The top floor suite was amazing, and we had a fabulous week. From the welcome to the service, everything was great. The housekeeping, reception and serving staff were all pleasant and helpful.

We had lots of fun at Villa Cascais. It’s in a good spot, with beaches a short distance away, and the rooms are really comfortable. The hospitality was warm, and the restaurant served delicious food. Looking forward to coming back!

Regina got in touch a few days before we arrived to sort out dinner reservations and beach day beds, then made check-in and anything else we needed easy. The location is super convenient, and the restaurant was great too. A modern, upscale and chic property that still has its rustic, authentic charm.
