Westlight Cascais Chalet - Adults Only.

I chose this place for the view, though the hotel I’d just left had asked why I wanted to go there. I should have listened. It presents itself as luxury, but the rooms are small and crowded with stuff, and the bed’s headrest was filthy. There was also a strange smell throughout the place, like old people or old furniture, and lots of street noise. I checked out after 3 hours and still had to pay for 3 nights. This place is a tourist trap.

We didn’t have to carry a key around, which was really handy. The hotel gives you a code instead. It’s in the old town, close to the beach, and the location is ideal. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator if you book a room with a view. Naioma, sorry if I misspelled it, was lovely and kind throughout our stay, and always proactive. Thanks again, my partner and I will definitely come back.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the mattress was incredible. We honestly regret not checking the brand. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bathroom. We had a warm welcome and impeccable service, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cascais.

We came for two nights and ended up extending our stay to 4. The balcony and sea view over beautiful Cascais made the room an ideal retreat. Raphaela, Xavier, Ana, and the cleaning crew were all friendly and professional. We left very satisfied and will be back soon. Absolutely stunning accommodation. Thank you, and happy new year!
