The simple breakfast adds to the farmhouse feel, and the setting is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and rustic farmland. We stayed with friends and truly loved this unique place. Sitting outside while the friendly, beautiful dogs lounged by our feet was so lovely.

It's a wonderful spot for a restful holiday. The pool is a dream, and so is the quinta. D. Lurdes is lovely, as is the owner, Sr. António. Guests can help themselves to fruit and vegetables from the garden. There are two donkeys that delight adults and children alike. The dogs and cats roam freely around the quinta and are super friendly and pet friendly. The children love them. There's also a very pretty pond.

The animals at the quinta, including the dogs, cats, and donkeys, were very friendly. The pool area is lovely, as are the garden and pond, among other things. They're all reasons to come back. We had a perfect stay, from the warm welcome to the constant care to check that everything was all right. See you again soon.

The quinta da Alma Cheia was a wonderful place for our stay, a perfect spot to relax in nature among the animals, who were all very gentle. The breakfast prepared by D. Lurdes was divine. She manages it all by herself and never seems to tire. The owner was also extremely helpful and kind, and the service was five-star. Thank you all for being so welcoming, and all the best to you. I do have one suggestion: it might be helpful to consider spaying and neutering the quinta's dogs and cats to control their numbers. There are quite a few litters, which is sad since their future isn't always clear. With support from local councils and associations these days, I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to arrange.
