Valentine’s Day was more than I could have hoped for. Dinner was a six-course meal with wine and beer pairings, and it exceeded every expectation. The room had rose petals, which made the stay feel perfect. After dinner we relaxed in the sauna and pool. Thanks for giving us such an amazing experience.

I’d already booked and paid for non-refundable apartments when I emailed Adina about riding horses. I asked for a private ride, which she couldn’t offer, so I agreed to share. She then said there was no morning availability because they had no guide. I replied and got no answer. I booked through a website instead, and there were actually places available. That felt very unprofessional. When we arrived for the ride, the workers were so disorganized that I waited 1.5 hours to get on a horse. We had to change our plans and missed some of the things we wanted to see. An hour and a half is a really long delay, and you should be more organized.

The food at the adjacent Sellas restaurant was simply the best, and breakfast was magnificent too. We had a magical stay at Patio Ecolodge, with its beautiful setting and ocean views. We’ve already booked another stay.

We had a lovely ride across the island, and the people were super nice. The horses and our guide were great too. We did the three-hour ride at all tempos, and it was awesome!
