Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. We also enjoyed the pool area, especially with a cold beer, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Really good stay. Adding EV chargers would earn that last star from me.

We found the price quite reasonable, and there was plenty of fresh food to choose from. The hotel sits in a perfect spot for looking out over the city and the surrounding mountains. Staff were polite and very friendly. Our room had a bathroom with transparent walls and a bath tap.

The valley views from the mountain are lovely, and the location is a real plus. Breakfast had the basics, though nothing especially exciting, and the team there seemed a bit lost but were trying. Reception was slow and not very knowledgeable. The pool was really cold, our room felt a little old, and the shower needed fixing. An okay-ish stay :)

We came back for a second stay because the views are so good. The hotel seemed to need a bit more TLC than last time, though. One evening the restaurant wasn't open, so a staff member kindly booked us a table elsewhere and another drove us there and back. The breakfast spread was lovely, and the three-course meal at the restaurant was good value. It was very quiet during our visit, with no other guests one evening.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Management, reception, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, and went well out of their way for guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great views from halfway up the mountain. There's a large outdoor pool and breakfast was really good too. I'd definitely stay here again.
