Casual Inca Porto

Our booking was made for the wrong dates, so we arrived a day later than planned and needed to stay one extra night. We hadn’t used the first night we booked, and they simply shifted the reservation to fit our needs without charging anything extra. Unbeatable service, absolutely recommendable! The rooms are comfortable enough for the price, too. If we return to Porto, we already know where we’ll book.

We arrived before check-in, and the staff kindly stored our luggage until the official time. The team were welcoming, and both the room and hotel were clean and well located. Breakfast is a lovely buffet for an added price. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We were two guests, and would stay again and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for a pleasant stay : )

The buffet had a good range, changed daily, and was great value. The coffee was pretty bad, though that’s what I’d expect from an automatic Nescafe machine at a buffet. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, with a nice bed, pillows, and linen, good lighting, and air conditioning. The bathroom had soft, large towels and a great shower. Staff were friendly and great. Excellent location, definitely recommend. Great place to stay :)

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, so it was easy to walk around and return to the hotel whenever we wanted. The price was reasonable for the area, and we felt the value for money was outstanding for the quality of service. Joao deserves a special thank you for going out of their way to help us. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. We were two guests and had asked for separate beds. We got exactly that, in a clean, comfortable room. The hotel’s decor and atmosphere were lovely, and everything was very clean. We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end, and give it a solid 5 out of 5. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Porto who wants a clean, central, welcoming place.
